Our scope of this project included the supply and installation of a new Main Switchboard, Permanent Site Generator with Synchronising Controller.  The generator power could be connected to the Network grid via import/export revenue metering for load testing, load supplementing and hot changeover from generator power back to mains supply.

The plant PLC Systems were upgraded.  A Fibre network was installed to the four remote control panels and the networking equipment was moved to a dedicated Network Hub.

One Electrical developed a complete set of Electrical drawings for approval, followed on by an As Built Set of drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals and handover documentation on completion of the project.

The project was installed, tested, and put into commission with the existing systems and processes fully operational. The transition to bring online the new plant and equipment required thorough planning, communication, and a robust set of methodologies to mitigate the potential for unexpected shutdowns or plant failures.
